Integrity is often reduced to behavior, compliance, or “doing the right thing.” But the deepest essence of integrity is something far more human:

Wholeness — whole, entire, and undiminished.

And in a world that can feel fragmented and exhausted, wholeness isn’t a luxury. It’s a way back.

I often hear, “Integrity is needed more than ever,” usually aimed at the world out there. And yes — there is plenty out there. But in a time such as this, this work is needed just as much in here … inside each of us.

As I step into my 30th year of sharing this work, I’m beginning a new chapter — simpler, deeper, and more alive.
